30 NEW PMI-PMP Free Questions and Answers (Part - 2)

This is in continuation of the earlier series of questions for PMI-PMP® examination. In this part, I've put mostly situational questions as well.

[This series - Part - 1

I would suggest that you take this one and earlier post of 30 PMI-PMP Freee Questions Part - 1 together, when you do your practice. Note that these are not verbatim  questions from PMI-PMP exam, however, these questions covers the domains, processes, fundamentals of project management primarily from the PMBOK® Guide.

As mentioned in the previous series, to answer these questions, you need to have:
  • Solid understanding of the PMBOK Guide,
  • Ability to apply that understanding in situational/contextual environments,
  • Real-world project management experience.

I also believe it will help you to proceed with the PMP Live Lessons or PMP 35 Contact Hours Online Course or PMP Exam Prep Book

Important Note: I see many aspiring PMPs directly going for the questions, when fundamental understanding of the PMBOK Guide is missing or almost nonexistent! It's like attempting to fly a plane without knowing much about it, e.g., components of the plane, terrain, impact of wind/weather etc. Can you ever learn to properly fly that way?

First have your foundation strong - by referring a right video course or book or other material. Then attempt the questions.

As I say in my interactions with aspiring PMPs:
"On the road to PMP success, there are no shortcuts."

Again, I hope you enjoy doing the questions and it helps in your journey to be a PMP.
