30 NEW PMI-PMP Free Questions and Answers (Part - 1)

In last few months, many aspiring PMPs have requested me to put a few sample questions. As a matter of fact, in your PMI-PMP® examination, you can face varieties of questions - direct ones, ITTO related questions, document/plan related questions, questions related to process interactions, leadership/strategic management related questions and of course, situational questions.

These questions  are based on my years of teaching project management practitioners from different industry verticals. Over years, I've the privilege to interact with thousands of aspiring PMPs and learning from them. There have been many successful PMI-PMPs who have also provided inputs while preparing these questions, without whom it would not have been possible.

In this series, there are 15 questions, which you can try. Here, I've put mostly situational questions as I believe such kind of questions, tests you understanding in the best possible way.

To answer these questions, you need to have:
  • Solid understanding of the PMBOK® Guide,
  • Ability to apply that understanding in situational/contextual environments,
  • Real-world project management experience.

As mentioned earlier, this also addresses the need of many professionals who have requested me to put some sample PMP questions so that can proceed with the PMP Live Lessons or PMP 35 Contact Hours Online Course or PMP Exam Prep BookI hope you enjoy attempting these questions and it helps in your preparation for the exam.
